There's also no debating that (by the graph you posted) that there are more voters 45 and over (53%) than there are 44 and younger (47%). When you look at overall number of voters within each age group, you can't legitimately say that Gen X/Y put Obama into office. Gen X/Y provided about 50% of Obama's vote, and the Boomers and their elders provided about 50%. That's what YOUR graph shows. Either get a new graph or a new argument if you want to prove your point.

So what? Those 45 and above voted for McCain, those 44 and below voted for Obama. This is pretty simple stuff here Joe. If the constitution limited voting to those 45 and above McCain would be POTUS. The only thing that put Obama in office was the hefty majority he received from those 44 and below.

Which btw isn't to say that all members of Gen X and Gen Y are doing damage to the Republic.

The fact that Obama got a lot of votes from those 45 and above is meaningless here because he got a minority of those votes.

Your argument is specious and meaningless. 45 and above for McCain, 44 and below for Obama. Which part of that don't you understand Joe?
