A freeper has purchased (today) a copy of the 1787 edition of the Law of Nations.

Do you still claim you read..in chapter 19 section 212 the words a natural born citizen is born to citizen parents.

Yes. Have you visited the Library of Congress to verify this finding yet?

If this freeper has purchased this copy of this 1787 edition of the Law of Nations printed in New York, I sure hope he has deep pockets. The edition at the LoC is not the same as this one:

I am going to take a guess and say the copy acquired was the digitized one from the National Library of Australia. Their edition is actually the one from Dublin.

The 1787 Law of Nations is the Luke White edition. It is being sent via mail to the buyer.
