If the entire state of Maine can get a waiver, then everyone else should be eligible. Otherwise, it’s disparate treatment.
To: Defend Liberty
The only way to stop any Unconstitutional act is by the states or the people telling the federal government we will not comply with any Unconstitutional act by invoking nullification. Amen! End of story.
