A House Republican is pushing a new bill that would allow individuals to get a waiver from major provisions of the new healthcare reform law, including the so-called individual mandate.
Pointing out that the Obama administration has granted more than 1,000 waivers to organizations for a provision of the law, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) said everyone should have the opportunity.
"Its a matter of fairness," said Rogers, a member of the Energy and Commerce Committee's Health subpanel. "Every American and employer deserves the opportunity to receive a waiver from the new healthcare law if its driving up costs and limiting services, not just the politically connected."

If you want to get a waiver, you have to make a "donation" to the Democrat party.
I appreciate the GOP using the word fairness against S0t0ero but I disagree with the word.
Fairness is a sleight of hand to replace the word EQUALITY
we all are equal in the Constitution, yet some are more equal because of fairness.
Why doesn’t the house pass a bill that does this? Mkae it the law of the land:
“Waive Obamacare Goodbye”
No problem. Pay them with a check drawn on an overdrawn, bankrupt account just like Congress does.
Where do we download the form?
is this a “shall issue” waiver or a “may issue” waiver?
Just get rid of it.
Do you think we should all call Pelosi’s office and request a form?

Ask for the new House “Minority” Queen?
I think that this is an excellent idea. If huge numbers of individuals, small and large businesses apply for a complete waiver and then as expected are turned down it adds ammunition to the lawsuits and the paths for lawsuits to get this POS declared unconstitutional.
FUBO & FAD
Oh, I don’t agree with this one bit.
I say they attach an amendment to the budget bill completely outlawing any waivers to any portion of 0bamacare.
ObamieCommieCare needs to be killed like a rabid beast.

Equality = equal opportunity
Fairness = equal outcome
Personally, I don’t think anyone should be willing to play by Ø’s rules. Wait for the repeal.
I just want to be able to buy a policy that insures me against catastrophic loss due to health issues. What use to be called “major medical”.
I don’t mind paying for routine office visits. I don’t mind paying for prescriptions. I don’t even mind too much paying for a couple of stitches or an ankle brace for a sprain. Let me buy coverage for if I have a heart attack, cancer, stroke, etc. that covers those things. I should be able to buy such coverage - and at a rate FAR FAR less expensive than the policy that I have now. A high deductible helps some... but still - my policy is MANDATED BY LAW (both Federal and State) to cover things that me and my immediate family will not be faced with.
In fact, my state (Arkansas) just passed and the lib Governor signed this week - a law that requires ALL health insurers to cover all treatments for Autism. Yep - even if you are an adult with no children, your policy (if you are an Arkansas resident) must pay for Autism coverage.
According to ObamaScare - all policies must have abortion coverage.
“Its a matter of fairness.”
HAW HAW HAW HAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
WHERE HAVE I HEARD THAT BEFORE?

Perception of insurance has changed over the years and not for the good.
LOL! Exactly my thoughts. Use a credit card, and then dispute the charge.
I suppose we can call our senators and tell them we want the form, and in fact, they should send the form to everyone in their states.... ?
