What the hell is a "job" anyway?
It's a place you go where you do what you agreed to do at the interview and you get paid for doing that.
That's a job.
For guys, a "job" is mostly a blue collar type of thing ... construction (laborer if just out of school) or some factory work.
Girls usually got out in the public (secreterial, waitress) so guys would see her.
If there are no "jobs", it is because business doesn't need anyone, or can't afford anyone.
And whom's fault is that?
I see all of America's economic troubles in firstly .. taxes. Taxes chased the manufacturers away.
If taxes were lowered or even eliminated for a while, jobs would come back overnight.
It happened in SW Pa with Volkswagon and then Sony.
Well I am white collar and I have a job too. Although perhaps that’s the line where it becomes a “career” instead of a job.
