According to urban myth, formerly known as the US Constitution, only a natural born citizen can be President i.e. one born on US soil of parents both of whom are US citizens.
Unfortunately, the entire American political leadership and the main stream media may only have read the Cliffs Notes version of “Dreams from My Father”, which must have omitted the fact that Barack Obama’s father was born in Kenya and, at the time of Barack’s birth, was a British subject.
At some point in time, when our fearless leaders in Congress and our non-partisan press emerge from their self-induced anesthesia, they might experience a Casablanca moment, “shocked, shocked” that all these years they have been victims of such a clever scam.

It’s just a damn shame that the framers didn’t deign to spell out and clearly define what “natural born citizen” means IN the constitution. Instead, they left it up to the (mostly liberal) courts to determine the vague criteria.
Not good.
George Soros assault on U.S. Constitution
At least three White House advisers and officials, including President Obama's regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein, have ties to an effort funded by billionaire George Soros to push for a new, "progressive" U.S. Constitution.
...also, Attorney General Eric Holder sat on the board of a Soros-funded group pushing the same "progressive" constitution.
They left it up to the Congress....not the courts. And Congress defined what constitutes a "natural born citizen" long ago, which definition has appeared on multiple of "birth certificate" threads. The courts have been working diligently, through "precedent" to reverse the clear meaning of the law...just as they have done for EVERY issue in the left's agenda.

While the RNC and most of the Republican leadership do not have the spine to address whether Obama can prove his eligibility to be POTUS, Donald Trump is bringing the issue to a head. Obama may just quietly choose not to run in 2012 if states and the public demand proof of his eligibility. If, as this article suggests, Obama continues to stonewall on the birth certificate and its release is forced revealing he never was eligible to be POTUS, more than eviction notice would be in order. Since he and Pelosi an likely others knew that he was ineligible and deliberately lied and covered it up, charges of treason might seem more appropriate or at the very least fraud and conspiracy charges.
Did anyone ever consider that Obama Sr. was only a friend who made Barry legitimate to help out his pregnant friend Stanley. Actually his real father was someone “declasse” she “met” at a party somewhere. Just a thought.
