Any budget cuts that do not include eliminating all federal agencies not in compliance with any of the enumerated powers granted to Congress in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution are nothing more than smoke and mirrors and will not solve the budget deficit.

There are no enumerated powers to regulate the environment, communications, education, health, food, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms or agriculture. Consequently the EPA, FCC, Department of Education, DHHS, FDA, BATFE and the Department of Agriculture are all Unconstitutional as the above powers are reserved to the states or to the people per the 10th Amendment.

Eliminating these Unconstitutional agencies, along with any others not listed in violation of Article 1 Section 8, will restore the limited government principles the founding fathers instilled in the Constitution and thereby drastically reduce federal spending and balance the budget.

They are just rearranging deck chairs and keeping the scam going. Phooey! Might as well just let the Democrats stay in until a faster meltdown occurs. Our government reminds me of Japans Nuke Reactor. Out of control and no way to fix it.
