FOIA request recipients have the right to charge a reasonable amount to cover the cost of actually fulfilling the request. So if an additional person needs to be hired full time just to comply with the volume of the requests, then that person's time comes out of the fees, not the school budget.

I guess they did not want their incompetence on display...
