Washington - Sen. John McCain, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, calls Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton an “international star” but sharply criticizes the Obama administration’s policy on Libya.

At a Monitor-sponsored breakfast for reporters on Wednesday, Senator McCain, the 2008 Republican candidate for president, was asked to rate President Obama’s national security team. “I think the international star is Secretary Clinton,” McCain said. “She has done a really tremendous job.”

We need to take a sober look at out nomination process in recognition of its failures.

The GOP nomination process is not a failure. It works exactly as intended. It gives the average conservative schlub the illusion of choice but ensures that the Globalists that run the party get their man in place. John McCain? Bob Dole? W. Bush? George H.W. "New World Order" Bush? 300 million Americans and these old creeps are the best the Republicans can do? Give me a break.

And the only reason Reagan got the nom was because, according to his son, he was practically blackmailed into making Poppy Bush his VP. (3 months after Reagan was sworn in the son of a Bush family friend and business partner tried to assassinate him. Convenient.)

The GOP will never change their nomination process and they'll never willing allow and true patriot or conservative run for President.

As if those ads and robo-calls, using Palin’s voice, running incessantly, lying about who John McCain really is, didn’t make any difference. Get real.

It sounds like you think she’s blackmailing him, but real Manchurian candidates don’t know they’re MCs. I have also wondered if Hillary knows not just that he is one, but what his trip wire is...

Please don’t tell me she isn’t in with the Communistas. All real Progressives are and she boasts of being one of those.

So...how do explain Sarah Palin giving $1000 to Lindsey Graham’s PAC?

Well, I feel a slight twinge of curiosity, but little more, since you've provided no evidence to back the charge.

Palin had zero debt to McCain.

You obviously don't understand politics 101. Palin certainly DID owe McCain for elevating her to national status. That's the way that game works, whether you think it should, or not.

If you want to condemn her for life, for having backed McCain in his re-election bid, so be it. I understand why she felt compelled to do so, and I don't hold it against her.

There are some POWs who dislike McCain immensely because of something he did. One of them worked for Perot and Petot told him to stop talking about it. I never have learned exactly what it was.

Voting for him is the only vote I’ve ever regretted. I wasted it when I could have made a statement.

Rabs, you’re pathetic, you know that? You use the same stupid tricks that Democrats do.

So someone at Sarah Pac decides to contribute to some candidates who conservatives find less than savory, and you accuse Sarah herself of doing so, by association.

I was told that Sarah Palin donated money to Lindsey Graham. The fact that her pac did, is the fact that her pac did.

Show me where she herself did that, or authorized it. The signature on that form says Tim Crawford.

It's her PAC. I find it hard to believe that she wouldn't be authorizing contributions made in her name.

So, you even think like a Dem. Did it ever occur to you that Sarah doesn't run that org on a day to day basis, or that SarahPac is situated in D.C., while Sarah herself can normally be found thousands of miles away in Alaska?

Perhaps this guy, Tim Crawford (who signed the doc), was acting on his own, or did so at the behest of someone else in that organization. I don't know, nor am I going to try to convince you of it, because I have no direct evidence - just as you have no direct evidence that Sarah herself had anything to do with that document.

I haven't heard Sarah publicly express any support whatsoever for the people listed on that form. That is a glaring omission, if one desires to make the case that she supports them in any way.
