I believe that is an optimistic number, FRiend. From reading the CIA factbook I am led to believe that the true number is closer to 4%.
Also, the dirty little secret closer to home is that white people in america are now a minority. you read that correctly: Many learned scholars believe that the true percentage of pale folks dipped below 50% last year, and of course it is only going downhill from there.

I’ve thought about moving to East Europe, but some Italian friends of ours who are horrified by what’s happened to Italy (being overrun with immigrants+no new Italian babies) said that the EU is importing 55 million Africans and currently settling many of them in central Europe to “de-homogenize” that sector of Europe.
I also just read that Putin of Russia wants to import hundreds of thousands of 3rd worlders on a yearly basis.
