Take second look at that article you referenced. Number one the writer refers to the subject as Obama...nowhere...nowhere in there does it state that he was known at that time as Barack or Obama rather than Barry Sotero. You are reading into that something that you want to see or you want others to see. That is not there. Number two, that article was clearly written by a professional writer with all the proper fluff and prose. It certainly has the appearance of a piece that someone was paid to write. coincidence? If your conclusion is yes, you should be searching for bigfoot.
Take a look at the picture. There are names associated with it. The name associated with the black guy is "Barry Obama." So, yes, it does state that he was known at that time as Obama. All of it might be fraudulent, I concede. I just don't think it is. It was produced at a time when no one was looking for any sort of verification that Obama was Obama, and it contains quite a bit of information that could easily be contradicted by someone who has that same yearbook. Surely one of those kids is a Republican now!
As for this being well written, I didn't make that judgment. But the writer is identified as a "novelist."
