Why do you believe he needed an Indonesian passport to spend time in Pakistan?
No just stated he spent time in Pakistan with the passport. The whole debate on whether an American could travel there at that time I’ve never found a clear answer on. He may have also been abroad somewhere doing correspondence courses for Columbia.
