I’m still a little suspicious but Trump is making the rest of the field seem like a bunch of cowards. It’s amazing the service he’s providing. Finally, someone is saying what he’s saying...and he’s a liberal so people listen. He can go on nbc and they’ll let him talk, at least for a little while until they go whole hog and try to politically assassinate him.

Hey mnering:

We get it, you keep posting that same old graph on every Trump thread. This is almost the 10th time you’ve posted this same content.

If we cared about ontheissues.org, or how Rudy or Clinton map out on the issues we’d be on ontheissues.org website.

What kind of person argues that the 14th Amendment changed the qualifications for POTUS?

The 14th Amendment had nothing to do with the unique qualifications laid out in the Constitution for POTUS.

Are you ready to admit that now?

the only easy path to re-election for Obama is if Trump runs as an indy.

Maybe Trump doesn’t want him gone, but wants him to stay?

I think we should judge his actions, not his words.

Mark Levin:

"Trump is NOT the real deal. He will get Obama re-elected. This is not a game. This is not a circus. He is not a conservative. He was happy to donate to Schumer, Weiner, & Emanuel campaigns last year. He was pro-choice recently and now claims to be pro-life. He sounds more & more like Ross Perot. If he runs as an Independent, Obama wins. We should not encourage this."

As long as people drool all over Trumps feet, buy into the media hype, and actually think he is Conservative, I’ll post it.

We are becoming infested with American Idle voters.

Trump said he will run as an independent, split the Republican vote, & re-elect Obama.

I'm having flashbacks of Ross Perot.

The only reason that this guy is palatable at all, is that he's the anti-Obama-- and is finally raising the questions that a plurality of us have been asking since day 1.

Trump is not, and never has been, a conservative-- unless you compare him to Obama. But then again, Bill Clinton is a conservative when compared to Obama.

Trump is serving a useful purpose right now, and I applaud him for what he's doing, but I hope he doesn't become the GOP nominee for President.

The left have enjoyed widespread acceptance of many falsehoods as fact. These include the falsehoods that 1) they are the friends of the middle class and the ‘little guy’, 2) they are intellectual, 3) they are non-discriminatory and better for blacks and minorities, 4) they are more altruistic, 5) they represent the middle of the road non-radical position.

For many of these the exact opposite is true. Republicans, however, spend the vast majority of their time trying to defend themselves against claims from the left that it is the Republicans who are radical.

To win back the country conservatives and Republicans have to be willing to take the fight to the left, and control the narrative. You don't win fights by backpedaling and not throwing any punches. If you let the other side load up and take shots without having to worry about getting hit back, they will, and some of those shots will land.

It is refreshing to watch someone like Trump who is willing to throw punches and mix it up. The Republicans need to ridicule the left and push them back onto their heels. It's required.

To be fair, Trump said “probably” he would run as an Indy but would seek the Republican nomination. Trump says he is in it to win.

Trump says he would run as an independent if he doesn’t get the nomination. He is trying to re-elect Obama it sounds like to me.

He is NOT a conservative in my book, he is a clownish buffoon.

If he runs as an independent, he's nothing more than Obama’s boot licking toadie.

Correctamundo.

He needs to read up on Ross Perot.

A little bit ago I heard an ad for Oreilly tonight. He is going to explore allegations that Obama has covered up his college and other records.

I predict O'Reilly's "exploration" will end with zero discovery.

The Trump backers are just dreaming. I can’t believe you all are so desperate that you’d believe his shtick is real.

If Trump wants to beat Obama, he should run in the Democrat primary against him.
