Willing to bet that Hawaii has a certificate of live birth (or whatever the official document is called) and that Obie was born in Hawaii. My guess is that his birth certificate will indicate that the people he has been calling Mommy and Diddy really aren't. He is protecting the carefully crafted (albeit fraudulent) narrative that has basically carried him this far.

I read on another site that Hawaii has just prohibited release of ALL original certificates, under any conditions. Very telling.
