Are you an IL lawyer? If not, we need a FR IL attorney to interpret that report.

Above “Court ordered inactive” which is in the malpractice insurance box, the IL registration status box has “voluntarily inactive.” It could be that in IL an attorney has to file with the court before going inactive and the court then grants an order authorizing the inactive status, thus “court ordered.”

The way I read it, it appears she would have faced a derogatory hearing or complaint, and at the time she was suspended to practice law by the court because the complaint was very serious.

And Instead of facing the music in a court hearing, she voluntarily gave up her law license indefinitely.

Why was MO’s law license inactivated by the court? Anybody know for sure? Did/does BO has/have a law license and if so, what’s the status? Thanks.
