I, for one, would like a debt ceiling that can't be raised without a vote of the people. As it is, there is no debt ceiling. How ‘bout this:

The President comes out and says: “By Executive Order, as of today, the operational budget of every Federal agency except the military and those directly involved in border security, has 10% less today than they did yesterday. If you and your people cannot provide the same or better service with this cut, you will be replaced by someone who can. Have a nice day.”

Maybe...just maybe...some federal employees might have to work harder to keep their job, just like the private sector has had to do over the past several years.

This reveals owebama's stupidity. He has such a tin-ear, and he is so narcisstic, he's unable to understand and reconcile this sentiment that is widely acknowledged as his everyday demeanor--and there isn't anything he is capable of doing to change that perception.
