As He Reports To The Solano County Board Of Supervisors He Is Given The Short Shrift And Is Dismissed By Supervisor Reagan And County Counsel Dennis Bunting. The Supes Are Entrenched In Power And Want To Include Illegal Aliens And Convicted Felon Prisoners In Their Redistricting Schemes.

Per the Constitution, all “persons” are counted for purposes of redistricting for Congressional districts. There’s no citizenship requirement.

That is the problem nationwide. The 2010 census counted everyone and is used as the basis for shifting Congressional seats and redistricting. The illegal population has an impact on our electoral system.
Yes, it’s local Government at its finest—entrenched in power, unable to gain control over problems and spending on themselves and their empires.
