It isnt that hard to understand. There are historical and biblical reasons. Not that it makes it right of course. You may, however, turn inward and ask why so many Christians vote democrat and in fact are the reason why we have this jackass as a President. The US's 5 or 6 million Jews certainly did not elect him. It was the 55 % of Catholics and 40% of Protestants.

Interesting numbers, where'd you get them from? I'm Catholic and voted for McCain, as did my wife and other family members. I think the question of why so many Jews voted for and continue to defend Obama's liberalism is a legitimate one, because it's a confounding thing. He, and liberals in general, work against the interests of Israel, and Barry was a longstanding member of a profoundly anti-semitic 'church'. Not to mention that he is openly pro islam, a people who in general are rabbid anti-semites. (He praises muslims even to the degree that he commanded NASA to hail islam for their "contribution to science over the centuries").
