Very interesting observation, and astute. Sounds like a repeat of a pattern we're watched through maturity here in North Carolina. The swarm of "exotics" are almost an authentic Americorp, a non-performing tribe of federal employees being hustled about, controlled largely through manufactured uncertainty.
