You are seeing what we in the field have to deal with regarding the HIPAA law. You obviously have not bothered either to read, or perhaps to understand, what I’ve posted about HIPAA, or to follow my links about HIPAA, so go talk to someone who knows the HIPAA law, and maybe it will help you understand.
Or just stay ignorant, if you prefer.
