Besides the fact that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney would not have remained silent on the issue if they had any doubt, there's Hillary Clinton. If that woman had any doubt whatsoever that Obama wasn't eligible, you can be sure that she would have spent every last dime she could get her grubby hands on making sure that everybody knew it. She wanted that nomination bad.
