That’s some dumbarsed shiate right there,
who ever wrote this never worked in a business environment that uses large quantities of preprinted paper products.


Your assertion is incorrect since the docs were not PRE-PRINTED. They were stamped by the registrar.

Even taking all of the assertions in the original article, there is nothing to indicate he wasn’t born in Hawaii.

Could have been a home delivery or midwife delivery or whatever...

Was he was born abroad, then flown to a hospital in Hawaii to be given a birth certificate..., if not... then what’s the argument... ????

I believe pre-printed referred to the forms on which the information was entered for the newly released Certificate of Live Birth. Among other enterprises, all Depts of Vital Records would have reams of those pre-printed forms. All they need to do when copies are ordered is fill in the blanks per information on file.

When the information is verified, the print out is stamped and/or sealed by the registrar (or a clerk duly authorized to affix the stamp)
