If he was born in HI, he is not an anchor baby according to US Code. Those that claim his mother was too young to confer citizenship per the progressive laws implemented under Johnson, are wrong. The age requirement only applies if it is proven he was born on foreign soil. I do not believe he has been hiding his original birth records, but is hiding the fact hat legally he became Barry Soetoro “Sobarkah” and that upon his return to the US in 1971 or at his coming of age, either his mother or he ever renounced that Indonesian citizenship that would be recorded in his vital records with the HDOH.

You mean he wouldn’t have counted as an anchor baby for his father? At any rate, it appears that Barrack sr, tried to use the marriage to Anne Dunham to stay in the USA.
