I think this "I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COpy OR ABSTRACT" is the legalize key that will let the Obama, Hawaii and the Obama administration continue to defraud us without actually, "legally lying" to us. Hawaii needs to let the media in to photograph the original document.

ABSTRACT mean the material has been condescend. Think real estate abstract. The actual deeds are not in the abstract just the reference # of volume, page, paragraph of where it is registered located in the government office.

In other words, material has been omitted at the discretion of the clerk who generated this form. We are NOT looking at a copy of the material on file, just a synopsis created by an office clerk and printed on “legal” paper, then stamped and signed.

BO had to ask permission that the material be released, just like all adopted children. If he was not adopted he wouldn't have to ask for special dispensation.
