So the 9th circuit bought the bogus bc, hook, line and sinker. They *trust* that B0 provided the truth without verifying it. Fools. Not necessarily. The quote was "CASE ADJOURNED" not "CASE DISMISSED." This was oral arguments. We have yet to hear the courts ruling. Probably wont until at least tomorrow.
