Someone at Post&Email told me that the time of birth appears on Hawaii’s DOH COLBs, specifically Obama’s COLB.
I can’t find it on his COLB, but then my eyesight isn’t so hot.
Have you found it on yours?

Listen Danae, I admire loyalty to one's State as much as the next dude. But I get the distinct impression that a Hawaiian Birth Certificate or COLB from Hawaii in the 50's and 60's is a quite a bit less a reliable document than a Honolulu Dog License.
BTW, I have a friend in the South of France who is looking for Hal Aloma Records. Now that the BC has turned up, kindly devote your energy in finding some albums for him.
