I have no problem whatsoever with him being on a shoot to kill list. Can you imagine the disruption bringing him to trial would have caused in our nation?
They would have demanded he be tried in our criminal courts. It would have been a circus. This guy could have defended himself over the ten years. He relished taking credit for this attack.

Did he die a martyr or a coward? Depending on the finally accepted version of the story he was hiding behind a woman when killed instead of fighting like a martyr. Do cowards get virgins? Did Saddam? It seems that those who are quick to kill and to encourage others to die aren’t very keen on dying themselves. Therefore, those women he left behind may have been his virgins.
