George Bush was relentlessly mocked for waiting seven minutes (actually waiting for his security detail to ready the exit and for his vehicle to be readied) before leaving the school he was visiting. He calmly finished reading My Pet Goat for the kids before going to his now-ready helicopter.
On the other hand, after Obama was told (most likely for the fifteenth time) that the CIA was really, really, really quite confident that Osama bin Ladin was at that compound in Abbottabad, he decided he needed to sleep on it.
Sixteen hours later (hours during which Osama might have fled-- bear in mind, his courier's name had just been outed by WikiLeaks), he made up his mind.
How does the media report this?

If this Osama operation worked, it did so IN SPITE of “O” and his corner. How anyone can actually credit “O” or his administration in this is beyond me.

HC and LP were in constant communication over matter – both attempted to convince administration to act. Administration feared failure and resulting negative impact on president. Intel disgusted over politics over national security. Staff resigned/left. Check timeline to corroborate.
Now Intel already leaking to media facts surrounding how info obtained. Namely from enhanced interrogation efforts via GITMO prisoners. Obama administration placed in corner on this. Some media aware of danger to president RE this and attempting protection. Others looking for further investigation. We are pushing for them to follow through and already meeting with some access.
Point of determination made FOR Obama not BY Obama. Will clarify as details become more clear. Very clear divide between Military and WH. Jarrett marginalized 100% on decision to take out OBL. She played no part. BD worked with LP and HC to form coalition to force CoC to engage.
IMPORTANT SPECIFIC: When 48 hour go order issued, CoC was told, not requested. Administration scrambled to abort. That order was overruled. This order did not originate from CoC. Repeat – this order did not originate from CoC. He complied, but did not originate.
Independent military contacts have confirmed. Stories corroborate one another. This is legit.
The killing of Osama Bin Laden was in fact a Coup within Obama WH.

Can someone give me directions to DC? I think it might be somewhere in the Hurtgen Forest.
Only trouble is, the first was precipitated by an evil murder. The second was precipitated by a good assasination.
I would not doubt or be at all surprised if eventually it comes out that during that 16 hours Obamajad was trying to get a message into Osama to run like hell!
His deer in the headlights announcement of the act was all but petulant and his demand for unity, even demanding President Bush appear with him at Ground Zero, (who thank God so far has turned him down), indicates a man not willing to stand on the act alone. He’s all but saying look what I did for you, now you better stand by me.
And of course, there’s all the little tiddly wink gossip coming out through White House aides that Obama wasn’t even in on the decision, indicates he wants to jump ship on the mission to appease his Muslim Brotherhood pals and put the onus on somebody else. This smells of Jarrett.
You can’t trust this man and you continually have to watch his other hand.
Maybe Obama can give you directions. Ohhhh....I forgot ...he can’t see the forest for the trees. He’d have to ask Valerie Jarret first anyway.
Finding the intel by waterboarding and "other "extreme" interrogation methods, knowing that warrant less wiretaps tracked the courier, plus the other methods W put into motion all worked in concert to bring us to the end product of a dead OBL.
The press is in cover their ass mode with so many people reporting the irony of Bambi being against all these things that were so successful.

Absolutely right. Second point: Obama pathetically thanks Pakistan for their help in catching bin Laden in his televised address, when he knows better than anyone they are culpable for aiding and abetting.
The reason: He does not want to be put in a position where he has to follow up and take action against Pakistan.
He must think we’re really stupid.
The MSM so giddily attacking Sarah Palin with the lie that she did not thank, THE PRESIDENT, was also a nice distraction and had CBS commentors going on for HOURS and HOURS, fomenting at the mouth about lack of respect! This has made CBS a total laughing stock, and democrats who support him look like fools!
Yes, our MSM came out of this thing with egg all over their face in more ways than one. They are literally crushed that BUSH is going to come out the winner in this, not to mention all the praise Americans are heaping on our soldiers. They are almost puking their guts up that they can’t present this as an illegal act of murder.

All the other POTUS would have given the go ahead right away(with the possible exception of Carter). I believe Obama didn’t really want to kill Osama, as they are brother radicals, and both hate the USA. Obama HAD to agree to the strike, as a refusal, once exposed, would guarantee losing the next election.
