Newt, Huck, Mitt, Paul all do have a legitimate argument that they are well-known, solid Republicans, enough to win in 2012.
People like Pawlenty and Johnson just aren’t well known enough to win this time around.
There are other well known Republicans who could win, but aren’t being talked about as candidates. Dan Quayle, who was Conservative, was VP, and is now 65 (or so).
Or Palin.
I agree on Palin.
She’s a leader with leadership qualities, though by no means a perfect candidate, but those do not exist.
The “could wins” are what we need to avoid.
This is a MUST WIN situation.
This is the time for an American leader to step up, everyone who is not that needs to sit down.
The various milquetoast repubs and assorted loons need to step down right now.
This is just my opinion, I know I’m pretty forceful about it, but I see this as a critical mass situation. There is no room for error or tom foolery. Freedom itself depends upon We The People electing a patriot leader.
This is what history calls for at this time, and we must answer.
