Are you kidding? Santorum couldn't answer a direct question last night to save his life. All of his answers were dodge and weaves around the questions.
What debate were you watching? The moderators were trying to play "gotcha" and Santorum was particularly deft in handling those questions. Nearly masterful. His presence and command of the issues turned a lot of heads last night. Mine included. I have gone back and forth on Rick over the years, but I think I'm back on the bandwagon after last night.

I agree. Santorum has the experience to handle the heat, he’s right on the issues, and he’s photogenic. He’s got my support (for now.)

A political junkie friend of mine and I were discussing this today. Santorum continually continues to turn a few heads. It’s rather interesting. He does not have high negatives. I liked him at a forum here in Iowa. He’s a steady Eddie.

Herman Cain was the clear winner in that debate. He was the only one, besides Paul, that answered with a “yes” or “no.” Santorum didn’t.
