Take a look at this picture from Friday, April 29th. President Obama is greeting Brig. Gen. Ed Wilson after Air Force One landed at Cape Canaveral: Seems pretty ordinary, right? A typical tarmac greet for the Commander-in-Chief.
But there may be a little more to the brief moment at the bottom of the airstairs.

Time to do a background on the General. There is no reason whatsoever for such an nefarious exchange to take place. How does the government historically archive such a transaction. I remember video of this same thing happening with Bush. I think it was at the airport. But he was giving out the coins with the handshake.
I heard General Wilson speak at the opening ceremony for the Traveling Wall last Monday. I was impressed. Don’t see any issue with this passing of notes.
