I like the part about it being 'verifiable'. The piece of c*rap LFBC artwork that zero's people manufactured would not be verifiable.

After the 2010 elections, the party representation in the Senate was:

...so what are the ODDS this might REALLY pass the State SENATE, AND get signed into law???

Why does this cr*p keep happening? Is it all just for show?

This bill (HB 121) passed the house, but it is useless unless it passes the senate too. And even though there is a huge Republican majority in the Senate, it is not even on the calendar of the Senate. So the bill dies at 6pm Friday when the 2011 session ends.
