I read plenty of stories about folks finding great deals on big houses in nice neighborhoods. They don't write about the fact that you have to be able to heat, cool and pay the taxes on them. Just more things that need to be taken into consideration.

I think the day will come when McMansions will house 2 or 3 families, not just one. Or one family and their single relatives and friends. Heck, that day may already be here...
