I know something that is VERY effective at removing Carbon Dioxide: its called “Plants”. Amazingly you don’t need to spend anything, they love Carbon Dioxide and will multiply all by themselves.
There is already an innovative technology out there that for all intents and purposes is free. It is called trees. We don’t even need to plant more of them because studies have proven that when carbon dioxide rises in the air they grow faster and absorb more carbon. Idiots.

Why not build big indoor green houses ne3xt to coal plants to grow hydroponic Tomatoes and other veggies and fruits?
That way we increase our food production capability and put that CO2 to good use! Plus we can use the excess power generated at the coal plant to run the lights in the green houses and the excess heat to keep the greenhouses warm in the winter.
The libs would never want to do this as it would increase the food supply and the eco-freaks think that would be bad because they want the population to decrease because they are all followers of Malthus.
Even if you did do such a thing they would probably just use the FDA to ban the food produced there based off some minuscule measurement of certain element from the smoke getting into the food at parts per billion or something, meanwhile toxic food from china will still be eagerly imported.
