Holy cow, $3.75 for one? And I was shocked to see they were .99 each here and they were small. The price of coffee is going off the chart too. Even onions are what I would consider expensive considering what they used to cost, $1.49/lb at WalMart this week.

I pay $4.99 per pound of coffee beans, except when they put it on sale at $3.99. It is a small Middle Eastern market.

I thought it was a heck of a lot for one bell pepper although it was a nice size one.

Nomally I would have driven the extra miles to the veggie/fruit outlet but with gas at 3.72 (the cheapest I can find) I avoid unnecessary trips when possible.
