I never said that my story should insulate me from criticism but I will not be called a liar, especially on such a point of behaviour - akin to lying about being in service, by freepers who think that that is the way to discuss things.

I have no reason to believe that you not there.
I wish I was there with you to help. Went to church that day instead and couldn’t even get in because of the crowd. We prayed in the church yard.

And being a ever present Chihuahua yapping and nipping at the ankles of a politician one does not like, will prevent them from being elected president. You clearly didn't get the memo. She IS going to be President! Putting it in capital letters and bolding it means that it MUST be true!!
Sara Palin herself is a separate issue. What bothers me personally is the cheerleader-esque type of comments from some of her supporters. It's like the political version of a Justin Beiber concert, with a bunch of 14 year old girls screaming mindlessly. Purely emotional-based faith that their person is going to win just because, well, because nobody could possibly not just adore her!!!
That kind of support may actually hurts Palin's cause by making her support seem based on pure emotion rather than something more substantial.
