Time is running out?
The election is a year and a half from now.
Response to Palin’s Twitter:
“OK, fine, governor, but I was reporting what my source had been told. Has my source been misinformed?”
If she does run, it will be a campaign like no other.
UPDATE: Palin responds via Twitter: "Really? Hmm, guess they forgot to inform me what I'm 'expected to do' next week."Valid tip or not, my take is that McCain got this from a campaign vendor.OK, fine, governor, but I was reporting what my source had been told. Has my source been misinformed?
I realize it sounds foolish to say that time is short, but this is the state of politics these days, especially in a run for the presidency.
The ELECTION is a year and 5 months away. The first PRIMARIES are in 6 months!

Agreed. That's been my assumption all along, and why I will be heartbroken if I am wrong. I also believe she is wise to have waited to declare.
Shouldn't McCain be asking his source what the basis for the tip is?
I mean, how is Palin supposed to answer that question unless she knows a) who the source is and b) why (s)he thinks a decision is coming next week?
Yeah. Guess you’re right. :)
7.5 months to the Iowa Caucuses. Maybe 7 months to a primary if someone tries to jump in front of Iowa.
I will be soooo disappointed if she doesn’t run.
But I think she will.
all signs point to it.
Interesting tweet from Scott Conroy...pretty insightful, if you ask me:

Nice link from @SarahPalinUSA to the post that she was mocking though...will drive a lot of traffic.

Palin clearly wanted to direct people to that AmSpec post.
It says he got it from someone who HOPED to be a vendor. Bet they won't be now.
Think I just heard Rush say that Palin had tweeted shooting that rumor down
I stand corrected. The New Hampshire primary is in 7.5 months, Iowa Caucus, 8.5 months I believe.
I still maintain time is running short, too short to continue to expect one’s supporters to guess as to what intentions are the true intentions.
Make no mistake, Romney realizes the importance of New Hampshire. We can complain all day long about the “media choosing another RINO for us”, but at the end if the day the rubber meets the road in New Hampshire. So unless we want to be stuck with another RINO, we need to get behind a solid conservative NOW. Sara Palin IS a solid conservative. It’s looking like she might be the only one of a very few who could give Romney a run.
So again, if she is truly behind the idea of getting a solid conservative elected, she needs to either declare soon, or get out of the way for someone else.
If I were Palin, I'd announce no earlier than October, and no later than January.
I think to hit all the states filing deadlines you'd have to be in by November. I've not researched that but it sounds about right.
I think she is mud if she doesn’t run. All the book sales, and admiration were build by us wanting her to run.
Not necessarily. Discovery can be a daunting process, especially when such s large volume of data is involved. I suspect the mass publication of her emails was an effort to artificially speed up the finding of useful new details relating to old claims. She can’t be sued on old claims without significant new facts, so it is, from her detractors point of view, a race against the clock.
I am for Sarah when ever she decides! If it`s Sept 17, that is fine also.
I just pray she runs!!! So many of us will be devastated if she does not, I know I will be.
As long as she runs, date is not that important. I guess I hope when she announces a run, it will be at the best time, whenever that is.
It was something like that. From her tweet, I don't think this is from her at all.
