Newly obtained documents raise the question of whether Elizabeth Warren, a top aide to President Obama and liberal darling, lied to Congress in downplaying her role in ongoing settlement negotiations over a major legal dispute.
Warren, who has said she is “advising” the President on establishing the nascent Consumer Financial Protection Bureau [CFPB] – a new federal agency created by the Dodd-Frank financial reform law that does not obtain any legal authority until July 21 – is actually leading the organization as if it already existed, documents show.
Her aggressive push of “CFPB’s view,” as one email puts it, is important because as recently as May 24 Warren downplayed her role, saying three times she was only providing advice “when asked.”

They think this women is the “Mother Teresa” of liberalism
To them getting her confirmed by the Senate is an act of sacrilege
Laws and rules mean nothing to this bunch.

If she wasn’t a skilled liar she wouldn’t meet the job requirments.
These people are socialists. The end justifies the means. Of course she’s going to lie if it furthers the socialist agenda and helps tank this country and wipes out the middle class.
Remember you can’t have a middle class. Its a 5% inner party group of elite govt and business folks, and 95% proles that can’t fight back. This is how they ‘equalize outcomes’ and that ‘everyone’ (read: proles) gets treated the same. If they aren’t treated the same history gets rewritten and everyone is treated the same.
I would suspect that there’s an unwritten “memo of understanding” among most of out Federal employees at this point...that the “truth” spoken to the boss is something quite different from what really transpired.
However, the House policy of holding this woman up almost makes his tenure worthwhile just in itself IMO.
