He already DOES endorse gay marriage. He refuses to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). The EXPLICIT instructions to the Justice Department said DOMA would NO LONGER BE DEFENDED IN COURT.

Hussein seized power in 2008 not by 95 electoral votes, but by 192. The regime had 365 EVs, McInsane and the Beautiful Sarah had only 173.

I agree gay marriage will merely energize the gays and maybe the extreme leftist youth.

But even if Hussein lost FL, PA, VA, and NC the Republican would have still lost 27 plus 21 plus 13 plus 15 EVs, for a total of 76. Even losing those 76 votes still gives Hussein 289 EVs, which is enough to win.

Of course, if Hussein lost PA that would PROBABLY mean he also lost OHIO, which is 20 votes. That would result in an electoral college tie: 269 to 269. The Republican would have to carry another swing state.

I think it is a miracle if a Republican ever wins Pennyslvania, though. Like a Democrat winning Utah. The Philadelphia fraud machine is probably second only to Chicago.

I really hope he does this. Government-sanctioned unions among gay couples, contrary to all the hype and all the court rulings to the contrary, are a proven political loser. Bans have succeeded in every state in which they have come up for votes. Even in flamingly liberal states like Maryland and New York, enacting them at the legislative level has proven to be quite difficult.

So yes, I sincerely hope that 0bama comes out of the closet and embraces this loser of an issue. It helped sink John Kerry in 2004 (I remember Bill Clinton explicitly warning Kerry to not back such unions) and it will help sink 0bama in 2012.

I'd say this signals that 0bama is losing confidence that he will be on the ballot in 2012, so he would change gears and try to permanently install as much radical policy as possible before then.

The SCOTUS decision last week that individuals can have legal 'standing' wherever a State could have standing may be his undoing when discovery is allowed on his forged vital records. And that would eventually spell his doom.
