The U.S. military should be the conscientious objector. They should conscientiously object to allowing anyone to serve in their ranks, who is not willing to fight and kill the enemy, no matter who the enemy is. If a military service person won’t fight and kill one enemy group, but is willing to fight and kill another enemy, that person is not a conscientious objector, that person is a liability. A conscientious objector is someone who doesn’t want to kill anyone not just one specific group.
Correct. Conscientious objectors have served in the military in combat as medics and I believe there are a couple of Medal Of Honor recipients.
