Once again, a very bad lie, to advance a very bad idea for the rest of the U.S. populace.

Next year when we have a Republican Congress and a conservative president, I propose she appoint one new Czar with one responsiblity: the elimination of `non-essential’ federal agencies. Let’s start with the BATF.

If you want to be conned (which I am sure the Washington Post does), conning someone isn’t that difficult.

Considering the simpletons who work at the WaPo, is this “unexpected”?

Fast and Furious/Gunrunner have NOTHING to do with “incompetence and ineptitude.” They were DIRECT, DELIBERATE, criminal plans to “legitimize” the need for drastic gun control legislation. Problem for the Regime is John Dodson and other courageous ATF agents spoke up, blowing the whistle on this grotesque assault on the 2nd amendment rights of the American people. Now Hussein and Holder are in semi-panic mode and the WaPo is working, as usual, to provide cover.

The Washington Post wants to be fooled by Obama.

The Post actually interviewed DeSaye over his store’s appearance in the trace records. DeSaye, to his credit, did not reveal the still-secret ATF operation to the Post reporters, even though they were clearly writing a negative story that was potentially embarrassing to DeSaye.

This was clearly an advertising ploy by ATF to get the word out to the gunrunners where they might obtain weapons. The merchant was probably in on the plan.

My only question is was the Post reporter working with ATF to get the word out?

The WarshPost's involvement in Fast and Furious is too complicated to have been a result of their having been conned or misled.

They knew!

Articles like this drive me nuts. The author insists on pretending that the Post is an honest news organization that was somehow bamboozled by the Administration. In reality, there’s no need for the leftists to “con” their own disinformation outlets.

With a Republican President impeachment proceedings would be started by now. And justifiably so.

At the end of the day we will see the head of the ATF fall on his sword and/or get thrown under the bus. A new, and worse Obama toady will take his place, and the Dems in congress will chant their usual mantra of “We need to move forward and let this go”.

And these fascists will continue their march to totalitarianism unimpeded.

Operation Fast and Furious — How the Obama Administration Conned the Washington Post

By choosing as their target an organization full of commies that would APPROVE of any statist anti-rights stuff as long as it wasn't aimed at the imaginary "rights" they so cherish? Is that still considered "conning" someone, if they fully embrace the thing you're trying to sell them while already being in full knowledge of what it is?

Our US Congress has no balls!

Someone(s) in the DOJ/ATF is an accessory to murder and committing acts of war against Mexico.

The President has continued hostilities (war) in Libya without Congressional approval.

Congress has not approved a new budget in over 2 years.
etc., etc.
