Because those of the cultres of the past know the obvious.. The lifestyle is very unhealthy and leads to many diesease and early death. It doesn’t seem like it now as the homosexual lobby seems so powerful, but it is based on a lie, and what happens when things are based on lies, they collapse. Generations from now will look at what western civilizaition did with condoning homosexuality and shake their heads in disgust and how stupid we were.

Leviticus 25:44-46: “Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can will them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly.”
The Confederate churches were very fond of Leviticus. It told them they were following the laws of God.

No, Mr. Gates, how about just apply REASON to the Bible, which is why God gave us brains. Nah, I guess that wouldn't work because even though in doing so, slavery would always have been wrong, homosexuality will still be sinful behavior.
I'm not a hater, but I did tell him how I feel and believe about homosexual behavior, in all Christian charity, of course.

I did not re-email the person who sent the email. I agree with all you stated, but did not reply to this person. Good for you for your email to this individual who was trolling. I pray you changed his or her (whichever it was) heart, mind, and spirit to be a better person.
I doubt it, but I hope I gave him something to think about. I did something similar on a niece's Facebook page yesterday, after she posted how proud she was of New York for passing the gay marriage law. I told her I disagreed, and boy did I become the skunk at the garden party.
She and her 20, 30, and 40 something friends are all pretty liberal, and were just horrified that I could be so bigoted and discriminatory. I reminded her that her Grandparents didn't raise me to be either of those, and proceeded to explain my opposition to that legislation, based on the need for marriage being between one man and one woman as the basis of civilization. They really went gaga when I threw out the fact that if marriage is removed from that tether of man-woman, then ANY combination could be considered, one man, four women, or two women and a dog. That REALLY set them off, but I told them that someone had already sued to be able to marry their dog.
I mentioned that the intolerance was coming from the homosexual side, and told them of some instances here in MA where folks had lost their jobs because even though they never volunteered any information, someone asked them how they felt about homosexual marriage, and they said they didn't agree with it. But WE'RE the bigots, right? I hope that the REASON I used in the posts, against the vitriol posted by them and their friends, might give them an idea about the opponents that's different from the idea presented by the MSM, but at this point, I doubt it, because it's fashionable to like homosexuals and revel in their being 'liberated'.

A generation ago this would have been called “corrupting a minor” to give them an education in oral sex, anal sex, mutual masturbation, and fisting.
Hedonism is a “live for today” philosophy. Even among those in Southern Louisiana, where Mardi Gras is celebrated (and it is NOT all about showing breasts for Chinese slave labor beads and drinking hurricanes), it comes as the beginning of 40 days of Lent and Catholic restraint.
Did they adopt children and “make water” where the women did their business?
