If a couple of farmers and co-ops sued the EPA and the Corps for failure to act and they named WWF Sierra Club as codefendants with a $$ number around 1,000,000,000 that might have an affect on some of the Wackos and their fight against progress. The trouble is the people who are working the land nver have the time to file this type of case.
And sadly, probably not the money to go against their well financed lawyers, it's a vicious cycle!
