Everybody needs to have the same rights. Remember, the unconstitutional requirement for religious belief to hold an office or position of trust in some states was only overruled relatively recently in our country’s history. There was official persecution. Unfortunately, some atheists (not these ones, who are just expressing their opinions) feel some retribution is in order. That is of course just as wrong as affirmative action.
Don’t equate all atheists with anti-theists or anti-Christians. That’s as fair as equating all Christians with the Westboro Baptists.
Doesn’t really matter. Atheists are such a small minority that they don’t have much influence in America, thankfully.
You just did, and it is absurd, sleazy, and hugely dishonest. It is even anti-conservative.
People are not convinced that the 78 person family cult. partly of lawyers and created by their patriarch Democrat politician, are even Christian, but regardless, they are only a little cult.
Anti theism and anti Christianity is definitly a big part of atheism, nationally, and globally.
But for our purposes on FR, the key one can be condensed into one line.
This is the atheist version (of necessity) of one of our founding documents:
"...endowed by with certain inalienable rights"
Cheers!
