We have an elected House of Representatives that can Impeach and a Senate that can try both of them. A Federal Grand Jury can also bring indictments against Holder.

I agree wholeheartedly, I'd love to see Holder and Obama impeached but so far the House hasn't shown any interest in investigating more serious Constitutional issues so what's the big deal about a few guns? Even if the House mustered the will, and votes, to impeach these clowns a Dem controlled Senate would make a circus of any "trial". As I said, I agree that it'd be great if Holder and Obama were impeached but if I remember correctly Bill Clinton was impeached and it became a badge of honor amongst the evil left. I certainly don't have a better solution but I just don't see impeachment as a realistic option either. Gunrunner/Fast & Furious will fade from memory with the only causality possibly being Melson. I hope I'm wrong but history would say otherwise.
