If no deal by Aug. 2, Obama can't guarantee won't allow Social Security checks to go out.

The boy needs a big win over the GOOBERS on the debt ceiling in order to get reelected. Screw the Americans. He's a Kenyan and could care less about old, American fogies and their Social Security checks.
