My *new* Snapper is 21 years old, my back-up (when the wife helps me cut) is 33 years old. These are rear engine riders, but the Snapper brand seems to hold together well.
Several friends have Snapper walk behind mowers and are well satisfied.
Snapper now owned by Briggs and Stratton by the way.
