My signature looks like a mushy scribble after a couple dozen.

You should see my mortgage papers - I had to sign “by power of attorney,” my wife’s name and then my autograph on each of the 100 lines.

No conspiracy there - I imagine one looks like “B. Obama” if you squint hard enough.

I don't understand your statement above.

Are you saying that if we were able to find an Obama signature from 1960 to 1980, that it would look like Obama's clear and readable signature that we see on Obama's Selective Service 1980 application form, and not look like the almost unreadable Obama signature that we see today?

However, if we did find a copy of Obama's signature from 1960 to 1980---the date on Obama's Selective Service form and when Obama was about 19 years old---and it looked similar to Obama's unreadable signature that we see today, then I say that Obama has some explaining to do.

Stanley's signature through the years: For instance, look at Stanley's signature on documents from 1960, when she was 18 years old, to her last years, when she was in her fifties. They look similar to me.
