The Pirate Roberts knew he was going to swear in a a likely ineligble affiramtive action hire. He has no intergity, he did it anyway. Roberts is vermin in motion.

“The Pirate Roberts knew he was going to swear in a a likely ineligble affiramtive action hire. He has no intergity, he did it anyway. Roberts is vermin in motion.”

Does your theory include a motive for Roberts’ crime? As Chief Justice of the United States, he has the top job in the Judicial Branch. The President can neither fire nor promote Roberts. The Constitution forbids cutting his salary.

Perhaps it was political qid-pro-quo for Obama’s support in confirming Roberts as Chief Justice. Oops — no — Obama was one of 22 senators who voted *against* confirming Roberts.

Is clinging to this long-debunked conspiracy theory really so important that that’s it worth smearing John G. Roberts?
