She was not amused.

After she sees what this does to her store's electric bill, she'll probably thank you for tying up the parking space.

Only problem currently is NO ONE has a plug in electric car in Minnesota that I am aware of. The Dolt is not even on sale at dealerships here.

Next time I go there in my old escort wagon I am going to run a cord out of the hatch and plug it in (nothing in the car to run, but who cares?) it’ll make um wonder.

I park in them anyway. They can’t fight my disabled plate.

From the photo it appears as though there is an electrical outlet.

Why would you park in a space that is for someone to fuel their vehicle? It's very selfish and nasty on your part.

Having a handicap plate doesn't make you God.

It does. It’s paid for by the costumers using the store. So is the rest of the parking lot. I’ll park in the spot because my car (and every other car since the invention of the automobile) is ELECTRICAL. Don’t believe me? Go remove all the wiring form your car, ANY car. Now try to start it.

Now. since that outlet is there for customers to charge their car while shopping. Where is the pump to fill my car while shopping?

They're freeloaders. Screw them. I paid. I have the cancelled check. Giving them free juice causes the prices I pay in that store to go up.

That's right. It makes taking my spot a $300 fine.

I overplay the case here: If I see a Freeload Pole anywhere in the parking lot, I go elsewhere and leave the green-eaters to their own devices. Pretty nasty of me, isn't it?

Probably got a LEED credit for it:

Intent: To reduce pollution and land development impacts from automobile use.

Option 2: Parking Capacity / Low Emitting and Fuel-Efficient Vehicles (X points).
Provide one of the following:
